We are heading to Peru for our latest adventure. Departing RDU on June
29 and flying to Fort Lauderdale for a layover and then straight to
Lima. We get a little delayed on the plane in FLL and only arrive in
Lima around 11:30 pm.....very tired and hungry as the flight over did
not have anything more than chips to offer for dinner. We did manage to
arrange a car to pick us up and take us to our B&B in the
Miraflores part of Lima. As we only arrive around 12:30 in the morning,
the city is very quiet. We check in to the hotel and go straight to
our room......which leaves something to be desired. We are all crammed
into a single, very small room with four beds. The kids are SO happy
about my arrangements......haha. We all argue for a little while before
turning off the lights and make the best of it.
